Getting started

Is listing on Ask Dalam really free?

Yes. Listing on Ask Dalam and the Free plan are Rp 0, with unlimited listings. People who find your villa message your WhatsApp directly. We never charge per contact.

Who sets it up?

You, in a minute: press Get started, add your agency and a link, and confirm on WhatsApp. If your villas are already on Ask Dalam, they're in your dashboard. We confirm your agency in the background, usually the same day.

Does it work with my WhatsApp?

Yes, with nothing to install. People who find your villa on Ask Dalam message your own WhatsApp.

Trust and data

Is this renter only mine?

It depends on the kind. Your enquiries: yes, people who message you about your listing are only yours. Found in social media communities: no, a request in a group can reach every partner with a villa that fits. Qualified by Dalam: shared with the paid plans that fit, and Priority gets it first.

Do you read my chats?

No. We never read your personal chats. Nothing goes out from your number unless you press Send.

Can I leave any time?

Yes. No contract. Keep your listings on other sites too.

How Dalam works

Does Dalam send messages for me?

Only when you press Send or turn on an automation. Dalam never sends a first private message to a renter or buyer who has not asked for one.

Do you post in communities for me?

No. Dalam never posts your listings or messages in social media communities for you. Your posts go only to your own accounts, when you choose. Ask Dalam itself sometimes answers a renter's request in a community with a link to its search, and that's how renters find villas like yours.

Can I pay to be on top?

Not over a better match. But when two listings fit a renter the same, Solo and up show first. So you get the message first. We publish this rule.

Pricing

Is there anything else to pay?

No. You pay for your plan, that's it. No per-renter charges, no add-ons.

What are credits?

Each plan includes credits for AI replies, the assistant and imports. For example, an AI reply uses 1 credit. If you run out, they refill next month, or you can move up a plan.

What happens at 0 credits?

The AI steps pause until next month, or until you move up a plan. Your inbox, CRM and listings keep working.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Move up or down any time, or go back to Free.
